My friend Scott just sent me an e-mail with the notice: "Far out Swedish band". So I had to see what the fuzz is about. And yes, this is pretty far out to say the least. Three guys from doom band Relic decides to play some more psychedelic music (and smoke some more pot i guess?!). The result is pretty okay as just being rehearsal jams. The song "Acid Whale Rider" is kind of a very far out version of Hawkwind's "Brainstorm" without guitar, but with a shitload of spacy effects. This of course made me check out RELIC as well. Jesucks, this is the doomiest doom I have heard in a long time. No hope - absolute despair. Give it a try ...November 6, 2007
